Return and Exchange Polcy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

In the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement after verifying the claim.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Warranty

All Yeluma GlowSuite LED masks come with a 1-year warranty. If your product develops a fault within this period, please reach out and we’ll assist with a repair or replacement

Use the GlowSuite mask on freshly cleansed, dry skin, before applying any skincare products.

You can follow up with your regular skincare routine after each LED session. Research more if you’re already using prescribed medication/ retinols/ any active ingredients in your skincare.


Recommended usage: 3–4 times per week, 15–25 minutes per session.

If you're new to LED therapy, you may wish to start with shorter sessions and the lower intensity setting and gradually increase based on comfort.


Many users begin to see visible improvements after 4–6 weeks of consistent use, but this varies depending on skin type and consistency of use.

We suggest avoiding LED mask use if you fall into any of the following categories:

  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • You are under 18

  • You have a photon sensitivity disorder or a light-induced skin condition
